Hometree is seeking a senior People Partner for Installs to support about 100 colleagues across Cornwall, Kent, London and dispersed CORGI HomeHeat teams. You will be the trusted advisor to operations leaders, shaping local people plans and translating group frameworks to installers and engineers on site.
You’ll own ER end-to-end, build alliance with local leadership, and work autonomously within a lean team to drive retention and commercial impact.
