The Role
Weâre looking for a proactive and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects, from residential installations to largeâscale commercial developments and ongoing maintenance services. This is a handsâon role where youâll be at the heart of operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
As a key leader in the business, youâll oversee the project management team, providing guidance and support while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders. Youâll also step in to support aspects of the Operations Manager role when required. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastâpaced, teamâoriented environment and has the drive to take ownership, lead with confidence, and continuously develop their expertise in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the project management and installation teams to drive operational excellence.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee project lifecycles from planning to completion, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- CrossâTeam Coordination: Coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet project goals and maintain highâquality standards.
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, tracking progress and adapting as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Risk Management: Proactively manage project risks, troubleshooting challenges before they escalate.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Compliance & Safety Oversight: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and best practices.
- Business Development Support: Contribute to business growth by assessing new project opportunities and supporting commercial development.
