Hometree is seeking a strategic Reward Lead to shape our Total Reward framework as we scale post-acquisition.
You’ll design benefits, pay bands and performance-linked pay, and partner Finance, Legal and People to deliver fair, compliant rewards across the group.
Based in London with hybrid working, you’ll own gender pay reporting, build analytics and drive pay transparency as we attract and retain top talent in a regulated, fast-growing business.
