Hometree Group is seeking a proactive Repairs Team member to manage customer repair requests across heating, plumbing, electrics and appliances. You will liaise between customers, engineers and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently. Remote-first with monthly in-person Peterborough meetings.
Full time (37.5 hrs) with 7.5 hour shifts between 8:00–19:30, including one full weekend in 3–4 on rotation. Based near Peterborough for monthly attendance.
