We're looking for a Partnerships Account Manager to help scale one of Hometree's most exciting and high-growth channels. Partnerships has already doubled revenue year-on-year and is one of our most cost-effective acquisition channels. In this role, you'll manage and grow strategic partner accounts, drive channel performance, and identify commercial opportunities.

- Partner Account Management: Own and manage relationships with key strategic partners, acting as the primary point of contact to drive engagement, performance, and long-term growth.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track channel performance against agreed KPIs, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Commercial & Channel Economics Management: Monitor channel economics, including sales volumes, conversion rates, retention performance, and profitability metrics, proactively identifying challenges and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Lead regular partner review meetings, ensuring clear communication of performance, priorities, opportunities, and actions.
- Partner Support & Relationship Management: Respond to partner requests in a timely and professional manner, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a high standard of partner experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal operational, technical, product, and commercial teams to identify, escalate, and resolve issues impacting partner journeys, performance, or customer experience.
- Financial Administration & Invoicing: Support the setup, onboarding, and successful launch of new partnerships where required, coordinating across teams to ensure smooth implementation and operational readiness.
Partnerships Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a partnerships account management role.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of key commercial metrics, including revenue, customer value, acquisition costs, and commission structures.
Relationship Building: Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience creating and delivering insightful performance presentations to a range of stakeholders.
London-based and able to work from the office at least two days per week.
Experience working within a regulated environment, with an understanding of compliance and governance requirements.
Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business.

- Hiring Manager Interview: Meet with the hiring manager to explore your background in more detail, discuss the role's responsibilities, and learn more about the team and business.
- Task/Final Stage: Present a task to our Director of Partnerships, Senior Partnerships Manager, and Growth Associate (1 hr).
- Final Interview: For certain positions there may be a final interview with a member of senior management or our senior leadership team (30 mins).
