What you’ll be doing… As a Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for:
- Promoting Hometouch and the benefits of live in care to partners who could provide referrals from prospective care recipients working across multiple verticals, for example charities, hourly care providers, later life advisors, IFAs etc.
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits in your local area.
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.
- Develop and grow your pipeline to generate referral partners for the company.
- Negotiate commercial terms with key partners.
- Be ready to accept on the spot referrals and manage/respond to enquiries.
- Secure care consultations and advise clients on appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organisation - you will represent our brand.
- Keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
