Salary: OTE £31,100 - Hourly rate £13.51, plus monthly bonus potential £250
The Role:
Would you like to be part of a successful and rewarding business? Dreams and Sofatime are in a substantial period of growth and are looking for a Van Driver to join our growing team for deliveries to our customers.
- Manage van helper, including how they conduct themselves during deliveries and during interactions with customers e.g. pre-calls etc.
- Assess planned driver delivery routes, make informed decisions and take action as necessary e.g. due to adverse weather.
- Drive courteously, within legal limits and do not use phone while driving.
- Embrace the business Culture and Values and hold others accountable.
- Communicate effectively with others including branches, customers, warehouse and customer care team.
- Take ownership for vehicle, products and delivery teams performance.
Essential Criteria:
- Must hold Cat B driving licence, able to drive 3.5t Van is essential.
