Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Property Repairs & Compliance Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located on Wavertree Business Village in Liverpool.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:

  • Carrying out mid-term property inspections; producing digital reports; and communicating advice & recommendations to landlords & tenants, to ensure that managed properties/tenancies are compliant with relevant legislation and are in a sound condition.
  • Logging, assessing, troubleshooting and actioning newly-reported repairs from tenants to ensure fast, efficient, & cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitoring & chasing ongoing repairs, certificates, & reports from existing tenants.
  • Serving legal notices on tenants/occupants and subsequent enforcement of legislation to regain possession of properties in order to remain legally compliant.
  • Ordering & administering new compliance certificates & reports, logging completed certificates, warranties, & guarantees, and completing all relevant legislation for all occupied & void properties.
  • Providing effective communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors via inbound/outbound telephone calls, emails, and post.

  • There is a minimum requirement of at least 2 years' experience in a similar, ongoing job role (you must have worked in this job role within the last 6 months).
  • You MUST have experience dealing with property inspections and management of repairs & maintenance.
  • Experience of Reapit & Fixflo ideal.
  • Experience of landlord licensing in Liverpool, Sefton, & Wirral ideal.
  • Proficient use of IT, to include Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Edge.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Must own, or have daily use of, a car and hold insurance to include Business Use.
