Homes for Support is recruiting experienced Residential Children’s Support Workers for our established homes and two new specialist solo complex-care provisions in Crewe. You’ll bring residential childcare experience to help create safe, stable, nurturing homes for children and young people.
You will build trauma-informed, therapeutic care plans, support routines, education and activities, and work as part of a dedicated shift team to keep boundaries calm and consistent.
