What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children and young people with day-to-day routines and activities

  • Being part of a tight-knit team on shift
  • Keeping things structured, calm, and consistent
  • Building positive, professional relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Reliable, calm, and practical approach

  • Willingness to learn - full training provided
