Our finance team provides a variety of services for the company starting with daily, weekly & monthly reports, providing invoices for various areas of the business, budgeting & cost controlling. The number of tasks is expanding and to be able to complete them accurately & in a timely manner we are currently recruiting for a new Finance Assistant. This is a 100% office-based role at our operations site in Denaby, Doncaster.

Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of company reports
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and transactions
  • Creation and processing of invoices in given areas
  • Support with maintaining purchase ledger and purchase order book
  • Support with maintaining stock control invoicing and costs
  • Other finance related ad-hoc tasks
Person Specification:
  • Attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • IT literate including Microsoft Office suite including Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Transport and logistics knowledge is an advantage

Hours of work are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week).
