About The Role HomeServe are currently recruiting for a Senior Media Manager to join the Ding Marketing Team in Walsall. The successful candidate will have experience in a subscription-based business, be \’start up minded and resilient. Strong marketing planning, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills are also essential. We work in a hybrid way, mostly remote with a requirement to travel into our Walsall office at least twice a week to work with the team. With that in mind you will be located within a convenient commute to Walsall. The broader HomeServe and Ding Acquisition and Growth team drive sales and subscriptions across Paid Media, Traditional channels and Partner activity. As the Senior Media Manager for Ding within the Acquisition team, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of media campaigns across all channels. You will be responsible for delivering the sales target for Ding for the channels you own and your role will focus on driving subscriptions of Ding effectively and efficiently, exploring and testing new channels to understand the best way to speak to our core audiences, optimising media investment, leveraging data and insights, driving effectiveness through robust measurement and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Own the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of campaigns across all media channels in order to drive subscriptions of Ding effectively and efficiently and deliver the subscription sales target for all media channels Develop and lead marketing strategies tailored to each segment, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and customer insights based on understanding of the key audience groups, including lapsed HomeServe customers. Work as part of a fast-paced multi-functional team to grow Ding and establish it as a critical part of the HomeServe product and brand portfolio Manage and collaborate with media agency partners to allocate and optimize media budgets, in a smart way, across both new and existing channels (DM, email, Inserts, Press, Paid and Organic Search, social, Display, Audio etc.), balancing reach, frequency, and ROI . Measuring campaign effectiveness, developing robust post-campaign reports and share actionable insights with key stakeholders. Work with agencies and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery of campaigns, including end to end journey integration, creative execution, targeting, and reporting. Working with partners on test and learn frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance. Providing recommendations on media innovation, staying ahead of industry trends to explore new platforms and tools. Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Digital Delivery, Brand, Data and Finance, to ensure media plans are integrated and commercially viable. Managing and report on budgets, ensuring all media investments are optimised for efficiency and effectiveness. Commercially savvy with capability of multi-channel budget management, sales forecasting and planning is something you are currently owning Excellent written communication and able to communicate clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
