Location - Reading

Full Time - 40 hours per week. This includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday work.

Salary - £33,200 (includes location allowance). Plus a £1500 guaranteed bonus in your first year.

As a Water Supply Pipe (WSP) Support Engineer, you'll play a vital role in assisting with the maintenance and repair of water supply systems in our customers' homes. You'll help deliver industry-leading service, enhance our reputation, and support customer growth.

What you must have:

  • Awareness of safe digging practices.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points).

  • Physically fit - this is a manual, all-weather role.

  • Week 1: Attend our Head Office in Walsall (Monday-Friday) for induction, health & safety training, and to receive your tools and equipment.

  • Ongoing: Access structured development programmes and mentoring to progress into a Water Supply Pipe Engineer role.

Where geographically appropriate, we'll cover accommodation and meal allowances during induction.
