HS Credit Partners
is a newly established FCA-regulated business that will support the continued growth of HomeServe Finance through regulated credit broking and strategic partnerships. As we establish our Principal Firm model and regulatory framework, we're looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to play a key role in shaping the business from the outset.
Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Director, you'll provide independent compliance oversight, support strong customer outcomes and help ensure the business continues to operate within its regulatory obligations while delivering its growth ambitions. The role includes responsibility for compliance framework development, AR oversight, Consumer Duty governance, compliance monitoring and regulatory readiness.
What you'll be doing • Developing and enhancing the compliance framework for HS Credit Partners. • Providing oversight of Appointed Representatives (ARs) and Introducer Appointed Representatives (IARs). • Delivering risk-based compliance monitoring, assurance activity and thematic reviews. • Supporting Consumer Duty compliance and monitoring customer outcomes. • Reviewing and approving financial promotions and customer communications. • Providing practical regulatory advice to stakeholders across the business. • Producing compliance reporting and management information for senior leaders and governance forums. • Supporting FCA engagement, regulatory change initiatives and ongoing authorisation readiness.
