As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Treasury & Funding Manager to take ownership of our funding operations, securiti s ation lender reporting, portfolio analysis and treasury activities, ensuring we have the funding capacity and financial controls to support our ambitious growth plans.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a broad and commercially important role , working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance.
You'll be responsible for :
Managing short and medium-term liquidity and funding requirements across the business.
• Monitoring securiti s ation facility utilisation, availability, covenant compliance and funding headroom.
• Managing facility drawdowns, repayments and funding partner obligations.
• Owning lender, investor and trustee reporting, ensuring all submissions are accurate , timely and compliant.
• Producing portfolio performance analysis, funding calculations and borrowing base reporting.
• Maintaining and reconciling portfolio data from loan level through to the general ledger and funding facilities.
• Investigating data discrepancies, identifying root causes and driving resolution with key stakeholders.
• Leading portfolio-related internal and external audit activity.
• Acting as a key point of contact for lenders, auditors, trustees and funding partners.
• Supporting new funding structures, warehouse facilities, securitisations and strategic funding projects.
• Driving continuous improvement, automation and scalability across treasury and funding processes.
• Building effective working relationships across the wider business and helping translate funding requirements into operational and technology solutions.
