Full Time - 40 hours per week. This includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday work.
Salary - ÂŁ29,200 Plus a ÂŁ1500 guaranteed bonus in your first year.

About the role:

As a Water Supply Pipe (WSP) Support Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in assisting with the maintenance and repair of water supply systems in our customers’ homes. You’ll help deliver industry-leading service, enhance our reputation, and support customer growth.

About You
What you must have:
- Awareness of safe digging practices.
- Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
- Excellent customer service skills – this is a customer-facing role.
- A proactive, “can do” attitude and forward-thinking approach.
- Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit – this is a manual, all-weather role.
- Adaptable team player – you may work with different team members daily.

Training & Development
To help you settle into your career and prepare for progression:
- Week 1: Attend our Head Office in Walsall (Monday–Friday) for induction, health & safety training, and to receive your tools and equipment.
- Week 2: Buddy up with an experienced HomeServe Engineer for hands-on learning.
- Ongoing: Access structured development programmes and mentoring to progress into a Water Supply Pipe Engineer role.
Where geographically appropriate, we’ll cover accommodation and meal allowances during induction.
