Plumbing Engineer - East London

OverviewHomeServe are recruiting for directly employed Plumbing Engineers to join our team. This role is based in East London and involves maintenance and repair work of plumbing systems in customers\’ homes, delivering industry-leading service to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Undertake maintenance and repair work of plumbing systems in customers\’ homes.

Provide high-quality service to support customer growth and protect HomeServe\’s reputation.

What You Must Have

Level 2 in Plumbing (copies of certificates must be provided if successful)

1st and 2nd fix plumbing experience

Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing

Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points

Excellent customer service

Proactive, \’can do\’ attitude

Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: £38,800 – £42,950 (salary dependent upon experience). Plus a £3,000 guaranteed bonus in your first year

Full-time hours: 40 per week, with some weekend, evening and bank holiday work

Week 1: Attend Head Office in Walsall, an introduction to HomeServe, health and safety, and tools supplied
