HomeServe are recruiting directly employed Gas Repair Engineers to join our team in Liverpool.

About The Role
As a Gas Repair Engineer you will maintain and repair gas appliances and central heating systems in customers’ homes, delivering industry‑leading service and enhancing HomeServe’s reputation while driving customer growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on gas appliances and central heating equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and problem‑solving.
- Adhere to safety standards and company protocols.
What You Must Have
- Valid certifications: CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 (copies required).
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
Training & Support
- Week 1: Head Office induction in Walsall – cover HomeServe overview, health & safety, and receive tools/equipment.
- Week 2: Buddy with an experienced Gas Repair Engineer (accommodation and meal allowance may be provided).
