About the Role

As a Gas Repair Engineer, you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of gas appliances and central heating systems in our customers\’ homes. You will provide industry‑leading service, help us enhance our reputation, and drive customer growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair gas appliances and central heating systems in customers\’ homes.
- Deliver industry‑leading service and support customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to health and safety, fire safety, and company policies.
- Document work and share best practices with the team.
- Participate in monthly reviews and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 certificates (copies required).
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Excellent customer service and proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
- Keen eye for detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekend, evening and bank‑holiday work.
