About the Role
HomeServe places the customer experience at the forefront. As a Drainage Engineer you will undertake maintenance and repair work of drainage systems in customers’ homes, providing industry‑leading service and helping to enhance our reputation and drive customer growth.
What You Must Have
- HPWJ Water Ticket
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive, “can‑do” attitude
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Training & Support
- Week 1 – Head office induction in Walsall, covering HomeServe, health & safety, and provision of tools and equipment.
- Week 2 – Buddy‑up with an experienced Drainage Engineer.
- If geographically required, accommodation and meal allowance provided during induction.
