Overview
HomeServe are now recruiting for directly employed Drainage Engineers to join our team!
HomeServe offers an industry leading reward package to attract the best in our field. This role is full time with a salary and bonuses as detailed below.
Responsibilities
- Undertake the maintenance and repair work of drainage systems in our customers\β homes.
- Provide industry leading service and help enhance our reputation, whilst driving customer growth.
Qualifications
- HPWJ Water Ticket
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Proactive, \βcan do\β attitude
- Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
Benefits
- Full Time β 40 hours per week. This includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday work
- Salary β Β£32,250 β Β£36,700 (salary dependent upon experience). Plus a Β£1500 guaranteed bonus in your first year

Training & Support
- Week 1 β You will attend our Head Office in Walsall Monday β Friday, where we will cover all things HomeServe, health and safety and provide you with your tools and equipment
- Week 2 β You will be buddied up with an experienced HomeServe Drainage Engineer
Where geographically appropriate we will pay for your accommodation and meal allowance for your induction.
