Homesearch is the UK's leading PropTech platform designed to help estate agents secure more listings, unlock market insights, and turn existing contacts into new instructions. Our solutions enable estate agents to prospect more effectively, nurture existing relationships, and convert opportunities into sales.

As our first in-house marketer, you will have a lot of space to grow, experiment, and shape how we do marketing alongside Sales, Product, and senior leadership. This role is all about demand generation - creating awareness, managing CRM activity in HubSpot, producing content, supporting product launches, and working closely with Sales to build a healthy pipeline. You will have real autonomy and ownership, with the freedom to try new things and build strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the quarterly marketing plan to drive awareness and traffic
  • Own the content calendar (newsletters, blogs, LinkedIn, events, direct campaigns)
  • Manage campaigns and CRM activity in Hubspot
  • Run organic (and paid) campaigns across PPC, LinkedIn, partnerships, and influencer activity (e.g., podcasts, webinars)
  • Build processes, tracking, and reporting to scale the marketing function
  • Coordinate freelancers, creators, and influencers
  • Work with the Partnerships Manager to leverage CRM partnerships and webinars for lead generation
  • Test and develop new channels to generate leads and support enterprise growth (e.g., SEO/GEO projects)

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with proven impact on pipeline growth
  • You have experience in creating and executing content strategy
  • You have B2B SaaS background targeting SMB and Enterprise level
  • You are an excellent writer and understand what makes great content that resonates with the target audience and drives business growth
  • You are organised, tidy and open to creating new processes to help business efficiency
  • You are at ease with ambiguity and can roll with it when plans evolve.
