Homesearch is seeking a Head of Product to own the product strategy and lead the engineering team. You will decide what to build, set direction, and drive delivery while not acting as CTO. You will build the product function and hire the first Product Manager, reporting to the founder.
You will partner with Giles and the leadership team to bring independent judgment, evidence, and clear, credible direction across data, design, sales and customer success.
