We are the biggest independent garage in Bromley, featuring four MOT test lanes and a full range of the latest diagnostic tools and equipment. As an RAC Approved and AA Accredited business, we pride ourselves on providing the best service, products, and advice to ensure our customers feel confident at all times.
About the role: We are looking for an experienced and customer focused individual to join our team as a Service Manager / Workshop Controller. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients while ensuring the workshop operates at peak efficiency through effective staff management of technicians.
Key Duties Include:
- Offering a high standard of customer service to customers
- Providing quotes/pricing of jobs
- Workshop control of 5 technicians
About you: The following requirements and experience are essential for this role:
- Knowledge of the motor trade is essential
- Full Driving Licence required
- Ability to commute to Bromley, Kent
- Experience as a service advisor: 2 years (required)
