About the Partnership: Homes2Inspire Limited, Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, and Somerset Council have established a unique partnership - Homes & Horizons. The partnership provides homes and support for children and young people in Somerset who have faced significant trauma and challenges. We are committed to creating a new kind of home and care environment that offers flexibility and comprehensive support from a diverse team of professionals. This new home is part of a broader service development that includes additional children’s homes, high needs foster carers, CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services) and therapeutic education. Homes2Inspire operates nearly 60 homes across the UK, consistently striving for excellence in residential childcare. By joining this partnership, you will benefit from wider support and clinical supervision with mental health and social work practitioners, and be part of a multidisciplinary professional team that fosters best practice. What You’ll Bring:
- Passion for working with a leading provider of residential children's homes, Homes2Inspire, a part of one of the UK’s largest charities, Shaw Trust.
- A willingness to pursue or current possession of a QCF Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare.
- At least two years of recent experience in a supervisory or management role within a Registered Children’s Home.
- A solid understanding of the regulations and legislations governing Children’s Homes and experience working with Ofsted.
- The ability to collaborate closely with the Responsible Individual and key figures within the strategic partnership.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- An enhanced DBS check (funded by Homes2Inspire).
