Homes Plus is seeking a Housing & Wellbeing Advisor to support older people across three Later Life Living services in Farnworth and Horwich. You will build relationships with customers, families and local partners to understand needs, coordinate support services and promote engagement to maintain independence.
You will also manage tenancy sustainment, lettings, rent and service charges, and ensure health and safety compliance.
