Places for People is seeking a Housing and Wellbeing Coordinator based in Rotherham to support the Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement teams with practical administrative duties.

You will handle customer queries by phone and email, maintain records, and assist in delivering high-quality service.

You will update IT systems, log and investigate complaints, and work with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. A DBS check is mandatory for this role.
