The Housing Officer for temporary accommodation supports people living in temporary accommodation to move into permanent homes as quickly as possible. Manage a portfolio of temporary homes, provide housing advice and tenancy support, identify customer needs, and work with partner agencies to sustain tenancies. Ensure properties are safe and well managed through inspections, tenancy compliance, and appropriate management of low-level anti-social behaviour and housing concerns.
