Homes in Somerset is entering a pivotal phase in its development. Following agreement for the organisation to assume management responsibility for Somerset Councils full housing stock, the organisation will double in size, creating a single, county-wide housing management service responsible for 10,000 homes.
This is a significant moment to join an organisation growing in scale, complexity and responsibility, underpinned by strong governance, transparency and a clear commitment to continuous improvement, value for money and customer outcomes.
To support this next stage of growth, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Digital, Data & Performance to join our senior leadership team. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Performance, you will provide strategic leadership across digital, data, information management and performance insight, enabling data-led decision-making and improved outcomes for customers.
You will set and deliver a clear digital, data and performance strategy, oversee the resilience, security and value-for-money performance of a Service Level Agreement with Somerset Council, and lead the organisations performance management, business intelligence and project governance arrangements to provide high-quality insight, assurance and effective delivery of key programmes.
We are seeking a senior leader with substantial experience in digital, data, performance or systems leadership within a complex, regulated environment. You will bring credibility at Executive and Board level, a collaborative leadership style, and a proven ability to integrate teams, strengthen capability and translate strategy into practical delivery.
