We are looking for an experienced Residential Children's Worker to join one of our Ofsted-registered Therapeutic Children's Homes in Crewe as an inspiring Team Leader. At Homes for Support, you’ll be part of a growing team that provides nurturing trauma-informed care to children and young people aged 5‑18 with emotional and behavioural needs. As a key member of our team, you’ll guide and support your shift team while creating safe structured environments where children can thrive.

- Working closely with families social workers and external partners.
What you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in residential childcare.
