Responsibilities:

  • No two days are the same; you will support children and young people through difficult moments with patience, warmth, and consistency.
  • Build trusting relationships that help them feel safe, valued, and listened to.
  • Create positive experiences from shared meals to days out and everyday routines.
  • Work as part of a committed team to deliver therapeutic, child‑centred care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • You don’t need experience in care to join us — just the right values and willingness to learn.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep‑ins.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Obtain an enhanced DBS Certificate and consent to routine criminal background checks.

  • All staff complete a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if they do not already hold it; we provide full support.
