Homes for Students is the UK’s leading provider of student accommodation. We currently have a vacancy for a Painter at our Seren property in Swansea working 40 hours per week on a temporary basis. The role involves preparing and painting student rooms, communal areas, and general touch-up work to maintain a high standard throughout the property. You will work closely with the wider maintenance team to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Painting and decorating rooms and communal areas
- Surface preparation, filling, sanding, and finishing
- Carrying out minor maintenance tasks as required
- Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring work areas are kept tidy
- Supporting the team during room turnaround periods
