Homes for Students at Haymarket Yards is seeking a Resident Services Assistant to deliver a warm welcome to students and visitors, provide reception support and help desk assistance, and contribute to back-office tasks for the operations team and the General Manager.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT and customer care skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a proactive, friendly approach.
The role is 16 hours per week (Wednesday and Thursday) and focuses on delivering excellent service.
