Homes for Students is seeking a Maintenance Operative for The Forge in Sheffield. The role is 35 hours per week, from 9.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and handy-man tasks to keep the property in prime condition.
The postholder will ensure statutory compliance, report and resolve issues, and liaise with suppliers and contractors, delivering a high-quality customer experience for residents.
