We are seeking a Senior Resident Experience Coordinator who will be the vibrant focal point for resident life, ensuring an outstanding on‑site experience, building local partnerships, supporting sales, and acting as the property’s key digital content creator and social media ambassador.

Working alongside the property team you will be a key driver for sales and building partnerships with educational establishments, through Freshers Fair attendance, campus activities and conducting viewings. You will capture, create, and share engaging content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, transforming resident events into compelling digital narratives to maximise sales and retention.

This role is an extension of our central sales team resource to ensure a strong sales presence at the property.

Working Pattern: This role is 40 hours per week, working from 9am to 17:30pm (with flexibility for evenings and weekends).
