Role Overview:
As the Reactive Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of reactive maintenance activities within our student properties. This role involves managing maintenance requests, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with HMO legislation. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing budgets, and ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed promptly and efficiently, while also delivering excellent client service. The role also requires you to generate reports, provide regular updates, and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
You will be a key point of contact for both clients and contractors, ensuring that property issues are resolved in a timely manner and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:

Person Specification:

- Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
- Strong client relationship management experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
- Proficiency in generating and analysing maintenance reports.
- Previous property management experience, with a clear understanding of maintenance processes.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is required to travel between properties.
