Role Overview: As a Reactive Maintenance Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all reactive maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating maintenance tasks, liaising with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met. You will be responsible for ensuring that any maintenance issues are resolved quickly, with minimal disruption to tenants, and that all parties are kept informed throughout the process.
