Overview
Purpose of the role: To provide essential administrative support to the lettings and property management team, ensuring smooth progression of tenancies and compliance with legislation. This role is office based and focuses on rent collection, inventory and inspections oversight, documentation review, system updates, resident experience and complaint handling, along with ad hoc administrative tasks, helping the wider team deliver a seamless service to residents and landlords.
Responsibilities
- Support the team with rent collection and debt management.
- Upload and maintain compliance documents (e.g., EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Certificates, How to Rent guide).
- Support the lettings team with enquiries, tenant progression, and contract administration where required.
- Maintain accurate records in the system, ensuring all communication and documentation is properly logged.
- Liaise with the wider team to resolve resident complaints and provide timely updates in line with regulations.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as required, including reporting and data entry.
- Liaise with property managers and the maintenance team to ensure compliance documents and records remain up to date.
- Contribute to a smooth move-in and move-out process by supporting inventories, safety checks, and documentation.
