Financial Integration Accountant – Harrogate Office
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and coordinate payment link set ups with payment service providers
- Prepare and review the data entered in the Financial System and Booking System
- Reconcile the data to the Balance Sheet or Completion Statement
- Communicate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure timelines are provided and met
- Work closely with the Financial Integration Analyst to ensure that all mobilisations are accurate and within the agreed SLA’s
- Prepare the budget according to the management agreement and import into the system
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders and ensure all data is received and dealt with in an efficient manner
- Maintain confidentiality
- Successfully migrate financial accounts from the old client database to the new one
- Assist in completion statements for de‑mobilisations
- Produce financial reporting for pre‑commencement
- Work with departments to understand procedures and implement changes that will enhance or improve current working practices
- Any other ad‑hoc tasks as required
