This position is well suited to individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced workplace. Working shift pattern is 40 hours per week, between Monday and Sunday (on a rota basis) from 4th June 2026 to 4th September 2026.
Responsibilities
- To follow the service standards of the reception team, to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Assisting guests on arrival/departure in a friendly manner following the check in/out procedures.
- To carry out the day-to-day general administration: answer the telephone, take messages and assist with inquiries.
- Assist with any problems arising whilst on shift. Reporting guests' comments and complaints to the Manager.
- To operate a handover system between each shift.
- To ensure that the reception area is kept clean and tidy, and well stocked.
- Act quickly and efficiently during emergency situations.
- To perform other hotel related operational tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in speaking languages would be a bonus.
- You will be required to work a rota between Monday and Sunday.
