Homes for Students are looking for a confident, naturally organised and process‑driven individual with excellent communication skills to join our rapidly growing team. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Liverpool as a Business Administrator working 40 hours per week, 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The Business Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Reporting and Systems department, and the Sales and Marketing Teams with daily admin tasks. Duties will include system administration and raising Purchase Orders for Suppliers. Accuracy in this role is critical; the Business Administrator will thrive on processes and take pride in the presentation and quality of work, while being very comfortable with computers and excelling at both verbal and written communication.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Reconciliation of credit card statements and financial information
- Dealing with queries relating to International Agent Commission
- General support to business departments
- Comply with Health and Safety working practice in accordance with the company’s policy
- Be flexible and work effectively with other colleagues
