Join Homes for Students, the UK's leading independent provider of Student Accommodation, and become an Assistant General Manager at our The Paragon Property in London. This exciting opportunity offers 40 hours per week, working 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday providing you with a dynamic and rewarding work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across our sales, maintenance, and housekeeping departments.
  • Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to uphold our company values and ensure optimal performance in every aspect of our operations.
  • Support the General Manager and the wider site team in the check-in, check-out, and room turnaround processes during the bustling September period.
  • Utilise excellent communication skills to support new students and manage any customer or operational challenges that arise.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in team management within a similar role or environment.

  • Excellent organisational skills to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, inspire, and motivate team members.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable but not essential.
