We\'re seeking a Assistant Lettings and Property Manager to join our team (on a maternity cover) and play pivotal roles in ensuring optimal occupancy and customer satisfaction across our portfolio of HMO properties.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Lettings and Property Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, driving sales efforts and ensuring high standards of property management. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the lettings team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants. Actively promote available properties to ensure high occupancy rates.
  • Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings to showcase the features and benefits of our accommodations to potential tenants.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for residents and potential residents. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any concerns.
  • Property Management: Help maintain high standards of property management across a designated geographical area. Liaise with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained and adhere to safety standards.
  • Tenant Relationships: Maintain strong tenant relationships through regular communication and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Operational Support: Assist in coordinating check-in, check-out, termly room inspections, and summer turnaround activities, including end-of-tenancy cleaning for your aligned properties.

  • Experience: Some experience in property management, ideally within the student accommodation sector.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high occupancy rates.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various sites within Liverpool, Salford, Manchester, Preston, and Lancaster. Ideally based within close proximity to your aligned properties.
