Homes for Students is recruiting a Maintenance Operative at The Croft in Derby, 30 hours per week, 11:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance and ensure statutory compliance is maintained at all times.
The role requires experience in property maintenance or a qualified trade, knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
