Homes for Students is recruiting a Maintenance Operative for The Quarter House in Bristol.
This full-time role (40 hours per week) runs 9.00am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday, focusing on planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring statutory compliance.
You will keep the property in good condition, report issues, and liaise with suppliers and contractors.
