Homes for Students is the UK’s largest independent provider of Student Accommodation. We are currently looking for Regional Revenue Manager to join our Sales team based in Reading, working 40 hours per week, from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Please note – this is a tempoarary position to cover maternity leave. Purpose of the role: The Regional Revenue Manager will deliver a robust sales strategy across their allocated properties, and work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve occupancy targets and maximise revenue opportunities. The Regional Revenue Manager will encourage behaviours and activity that increase lead generation, conversion, and retention. Working with the property teams to achieve 100% occupancy you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, analysis of results, identifying new opportunities and seeking to improve conversion performance at all levels. You will have a strong focus on increasing revenue, reducing cost per sale, business development and improving teams through training and coaching. Additionally, you will work with the property teams to ensure campaign delivery is effective and be aware of local opportunities to increase occupancy as well as competitor activity and pricing.
