A bit about the role... We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Resourcing) to join our dynamic people team on a fixed term basis for 18 months. This is a pivotal role responsible for the delivery of a high-profile recruitment campaign delivering experienced financial and investment talent into the organisation. Acting as the specialist Business Partner for resourcing, the post holder will represent the HR function within the change and resourcing spaces. Responsible for providing a customer focused HR service, they will work closely with HR senior leaders, change colleagues and the Business Partnering and Resourcing teams to drive a programme of resourcing and associated people changes that includes processes for attraction, assessment and selection. This role will also lead and direct a small team providing specialist advice and guidance across the Agency on a full range of specialist resourcing and associated people issues, mitigating risks by ensuring adherence to Homes England’s HR policies and procedures.
A bit about you... The successful candidate will be a chartered member of the CIPD or have a relevant degree/NVQ level 7 equivalent in Human Resource Management or similar. They will have significant experience in end-to-end resourcing, demonstrable experience of successfully delivering specialist resourcing campaigns and financial and investment sector recruitment experience. Experienced in effective business partnering, they will also be a skilled networker with strong relationship building skills.
