A bit about the role... We’re looking for a passionate and proactive End User Computing Engineer to join our Digital Service Desk team. As part of a collaborative, highly skilled group, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional digital support and driving improvements that enhance our colleagues’ everyday digital experience.
In this role, you will provide high-quality technical support to colleagues, ensuring they can use digital tools effectively to carry out their work. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving end user computing issues, escalating them when necessary to ensure timely resolution. You will support device management, software deployment, and the smooth operation of a variety of end user technologies. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll help identify any system or process weaknesses and contribute to long-term, sustainable solutions that strengthen our digital environment.
A bit about you… You’ll have experience working in digital support and feel confident helping colleagues with their everyday technology needs. You’ll also have a genuine interest in technology, enjoy learning new systems, and be keen to help improve the digital services we provide. You’ll use your strong analytical skills to investigate issues, understand what’s causing them, and spot any patterns. You’ll be able to explain technical information in a clear, simple way that colleagues across the organisation can easily understand.
