A bit about the role: Working in a team with the Head of Acquisitions, the Senior Acquisition Manager role will play a critical part in identifying and acquiring land on behalf of the Agency to accelerate regeneration and the delivery of new housing. You will join our talented and experienced team in the London and East region. The team works in a collaborative and flexible way with an innovative and creative approach to problem solving. This is a rare opportunity to shape future development in a fast-growing national organisation with a clear social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and a professional team, you will ensure efficient, consistent and robust due diligence to enable critical decision making on new projects to support local place priorities. The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects in the East of England, with opportunities to balance day-to-day delivery while bringing innovative solutions to the Acquisitions offering.

A bit about you: You will be comfortable supporting the Regional Team with complex delivery issues, aiming to identify interventions to unlock land for development and secure land acquisitions where required. You will be proficient in assessing land within the region and have a strong track record of negotiating successful land acquisitions. You will be resilient and able to manage stakeholders at a senior level, with discussions shaped by a solid understanding of the commercial and operational impact of the Acquisitions team. You will enjoy working collaboratively, and you will be able to negotiate and persuade. As an experienced property professional, you will know how to manage and share your experiences with colleagues and work as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
