You will be joining our large but enthusiastic and friendly team, who are committed to making positive change through the delivery of Affordable Homes.

As a team we believe in delivering a first-class customer service, resolving issues informally wherever possible, taking an innovative and creative approach to delivery issues alongside following set processes as required. We believe in working in a collaborative way, and value diversity in experience and perspective to foster good decision making and problem solving within the team.

This is a rare chance to shape the future Affordable Housing in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and a professional delivery team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolution of delivery issues and have the opportunity to help create homes that people can prosper.

The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects around new housing supply. There are some exciting and rewarding projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the Affordable Housing offering.

A bit about you…

Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders on the Affordable Housing Programme, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

You'll be comfortable supporting Housing Associations, Local Authorities and other key delivery partners with complex housing delivery issues, aiming to meet programme parameters. You will be proficient in communication both face to face and in writing, alongside the use of Excel and Power BI.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a Delivery team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.

As an experienced Housing professional you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
